John's Car Wash

Angus did an amazing job thoroughly cleaned my car even before I went through the wash itself. Will be coming back for sure!

I never leave a review but couldn’t help myself. I just had the WORST experience with an employee. He was smug and rude. He did not like that I was in a Tesla and it takes a minute to get it in neutral. He told me “I’m just biting my tongue” with this rude smirk and ZERO patience. It the customer experience I know the owner would expect. I will not be going back as long as he works there!

I paid for the $17 wash on my mid-size SUV. The attendant who was working on 6/5/26 right around closing, was really great. He did an excellent job on the hand wash, and had a good attitude. $17 is a bit pricy to not get wheel shine or a vac included. But overall, good service and my car is clean!

Does not get my wheels clean at all. I've been using this car wash for my BMW 7 Series for about a year. A couple months ago I noticed my wheels were not getting clean. Today I sprayed them with brake cleaner to make sure there wasn't some sort of greasy buildup or something preventing them from getting clean. Then I went through the car wash. (Long enough apart that the brake clean was gone) My wheels still came out dirty. I attached a photo. I noticed that the attendants don't seem to even hardly touch my car, let alone the wheels, with the wash brush. I attached a photo. To be clear, I got the most expensive wash and I asked for all additional add ons. I'm going to have to go through a different car wash now even though I paid for this one, just to get my wheels clean.
